WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV seeks a Paramedic to join the medical care team. The role involves providing supportive care, maintaining life at the scene and during transport, and following via State Protocol or Medical Command instructions.
Requires active paramedic certifications for WV/OH and the National Registry as applicable. Candidates should have BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS within hire timelines and a valid driver’s license.
The Paramedic is a member of the medical care team trained and certified to render supportive care to the patient, sustain life at the scene of accidental injury or sudden illness during transport to a hospital, and is qualified to begin corrective treatment as directed under State Protocol or instructed by Medical Command.
