Job summary

AMR is hiring Paramedics in Kansas to deliver compassionate, high-quality service and advanced patient care. This full-time position involves assessing calls, leading scenes, driving the ambulance on 911 responses, and collaborating with healthcare and public safety teams.

Requirements include a Kansas Paramedic certification or eligibility, a valid State Driver’s License, and BLS/ACLS on hire (PALS preferred). Community engagement is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Kansas Paramedic certification or eligible for Kansas certification
• State Driver’s License
• BLS and ACLS required upon hire; PALS is preferred, but not required
• Driving record compliant with company policy
• Pass Physical Agility Test
• Some work experience, preferably healthcare
