Aultman Hospital in Massillon, OH is seeking a Paramedic to support the RN by starting IVs, drawing labs, and transporting patients. You will assist with patient care under RN direction and help maintain a clean, efficient department.
Requirements include EMT-P license in Ohio, high school diploma, completion of an approved paramedic program, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS with RQI. The role also involves performing EKGs, IVs, lab draws, and safe medication administration.

The primary purpose of the Paramedic is to assist the RN by proactively performing IV start and obtaining blood specimens from patients for the purpose of testing and analysis, assuring expeditious and safe delivery of all lab specimens, stocking departmental supplies, assisting with selected patient care under the direction of an RN, helping maintain a clean work environment, and transporting patients to various areas of the facility.
Category I - Includes tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. All procedures or other job-related tasks that involve an inherent potential for spills or splashes of, or mucous membrane or skin contact with blood, body fluids or tissues are Category I tasks. Use of appropriate protective measures is required for every employee engaged in Category I tasks.
