HealthCARE Express in Longview, TX is seeking a Paramedic for full-time, 12-hour shifts. You will work alongside our care team to provide rapid, hands-on patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role includes vital signs, EKGs, venipuncture, specimen collection, IV starts, wound care and documentation, with benefits for full-time staff and a four-day Texarkana onboarding training.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

What You'll Do

As a Paramedic, you'll work alongside our providers to care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced urgent care environment.

Your day may include obtaining vital signs, preparing patients for exams and treatments, performing EKGs, venipuncture, specimen collection and routine lab testing, administering medications within your scope of practice, starting IVs, assisting with wound care and minor procedures, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.

You’ll also work closely with providers and the rest of the clinic team to keep things running smoothly and provide a great experience for our patients.

Training
