Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paramedic to join our team. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for responding to emergency medical calls and providing immediate medical care to patients in need. Your primary focus will be to assess patients, administer treatment, and transport them to the appropriate medical facility. This role requires excellent decision-making skills, physical stamina, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Qualifications:
  1. Valid certification as a Paramedic
  2. High school diploma or equivalent
  3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  4. Proficient knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
  5. Strong ability to assess and prioritize patient care needs
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
  8. Physical strength and agility to lift, carry, and maneuver patients as required
  9. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to emergency medical calls and promptly assess the situation
  2. Administer appropriate medical treatment and care to patients at the scene
  3. Stabilize patients' conditions and provide necessary interventions as required
  4. Safely transport patients to the appropriate medical facility while ensuring their comfort and safety
  5. Communicate with medical personnel, such as doctors and nurses, to provide timely updates on patient conditions
  6. Document all medical procedures, interventions, and patient information accurately and thoroughly
  7. Maintain and inspect emergency medical equipment and supplies to ensure they are in working order
  8. Adhere to all relevant medical protocols, guidelines, and legal regulations
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in emergency medical procedures
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and continuity
