Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY is seeking a Paramedic to provide advanced emergency medical care and transport in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings. You will rapidly assess scenes, evaluate conditions, and perform life-saving interventions under physician oversight.
Responsibilities include administering BLS/ACLS/PALS, documenting care, triage and patient education, and aligning with CHI Saint Joseph Health standards to ensure high-quality outcomes.
As a Paramedic, you will provide advanced emergency medical care and transport to critically ill or injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings. Every day you will rapidly assess scenes, evaluate conditions, and administer life‑saving interventions, while safely operating emergency vehicles and documenting care. To be successful, you will demonstrate expert clinical skills, exceptional critical thinking under stress, and compassionate communication, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
