Job summary

AMR is seeking Paramedics for full-time positions in Billings to deliver high-quality emergency medical care. The role requires state paramedic licensing, BLS/ACLS, and a valid driver’s license. You will lead the on-scene team, drive the ambulance, and coordinate care with other responders.

We offer competitive pay with a $15K sign-on bonus for a 2-year commitment. AMR emphasizes compassionate patient care, teamwork, and community engagement as part of Global Medical Response family services.

Qualifications

• Must hold a State Paramedic License and CPR/ALS certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to perform advanced medical procedures in field settings.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Assess call situations and determine best action with paramedic protocols.
• Use paramedic skills with defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction, IV fluids.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and assurance.
• Lead the paramedic team on scene and manage unit operations as needed.
• Drive ambulance on 911 responses and ensure safe patient transport.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow medics.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and relations.

Minimum Required

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• State Paramedic License
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic
• Driving record compliantwithcompanypolicy
• PassPhysical Agility Test
• Some work experience, preferably healthcare
