AMR is seeking Paramedics for a full-time Paramedic Basic role in the Dresden, TN area. Start hourly rate is $21.50 with DOE, reflecting experience and certifications.

You will provide basic and advanced patient care on emergency calls and coordinate scene and unit management with the team. Qualified candidates hold a State Paramedic License, EMT certification, and a valid driver’s license; BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• State Paramedic License.
• State Driver’s License.
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic.
• Driving record in compliance with company policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some work experience, preferable in healthcare.

Mansioni

• Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action.
• Utilize paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and IV fluids.
• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for scene and unit management as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel.

MinimumRequired Qualifications:
