Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations.

Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager) and the Center Physician for medical issues. The Specialist will be familiar with plasma collection regulations and will follow guidance from BioLife Medical Affairs for center‑level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).

The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual wage offered may depend on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location of the applicant.
