Tenet Healthcare's West Boca Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Paramedic to support physicians and nursing staff in delivering emergency care to patients of all ages. This per diem role involves documenting care in the electronic health record and assisting on-site and at the West Boca Emergency Center.

Requirements include completion of a Paramedic course, a Florida Paramedic License, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Paramedic course completion required.
• Experience with phlebotomy and EKG preferred.
• Excellent human relations and oral/written communications skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

Job Shift: Days

Job Type: Per Diem

The Paramedic assists professional nursing staff and physicians with the provision of emergency treatment to patients of all ages at West Boca Medical Center and off site at West Boca Emergency Center. Documents care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

Education

• Minimum: High School or GED Equivalent
• Must have completed Paramedic course

Experience

• One (1) year in hospital or nursing home setting preferred.
• Phlebotomy and EKG experience preferred.
• Excellent human relations and oral/written communications skills.

Required Certification/Licensure/Registration

• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS
• State of Florida Paramedic License
• Healthy Interventions required within three (3) months of hire.
