Qualifications

• 3+ years of Paralegal experience in Labor and Employment and Wage & Hour.
• Well versed in e-filing in State, Federal courts (Appellate a plus).
• Experience in discovery, calendaring hearings, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, letters, and pleadings.
• Proofread and edit legal documents.
• Conduct legal research for cases.
• Maintain case files on the management system.
• Assist in preparing for hearings and trials.
