This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for an experienced T&E professional seeking to support a sophisticated and growing practice.
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Trusts & Estates Paralegal to provide substantive support across estate and trust administration, probate proceedings, estate tax matters, and Surrogate’s Court litigation. This individual will work closely with attorneys and clients throughout estate administration while preparing court filings, accountings, tax-related materials, and other legal documents. The ideal candidate brings strong New York Trusts & Estates experience and can independently manage detailed assignments, competing deadlines, and sensitive client matters in a fast-paced legal environment.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000–$100,000 annually, with actual compensation determined based on professional experience, education, training, and skills. This is a full-time, onsite position located in the Long Island, New York area, with standard business hours.
