Hook Alliance seeks an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to support estate and trust administration at our New Jersey law firm in Teaneck Township.

Responsibilities include preparing Form 706, Form 1041, and NJ inheritance tax returns, preparing estate and trust accountings, and managing administration from death to final distribution, probate filings, asset inventories, and related documentation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of law firm experience as a Trusts & Estates Paralegal; 5+ years preferred.
• Hands-on experience preparing Forms 706, 1041, and New Jersey inheritance tax returns.
• Experience preparing estate and trust accountings.
• Knowledge of New Jersey probate and Surrogate’s Court procedures.
• Experience with GEMS or similar estate accounting software is a plus.
