Graduate-level education demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the position, accredited by a recognized institution.

Superior Academic Achievement, such as being in the upper third of the class, having a GPA of 3.0 or higher, or membership in a scholastic honor society.
OR
A combination of education and experience that together meet 100% of the requirements.
