Qualifications
- One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in federal service or equivalent in private/public sector.
- Education: One full year of progressively higher level graduate education in a related field.
- Combining Education and Experience: percentage calculations to equal 100%.
- Superior Academic Achievement: bachelor's degree or equivalent within 9 months and qualifying criteria.
- GS-09: Specialized Experience: at least one year equivalent to GS-07.
- Education: master's or LL.M./JD or 2-3 years of grad education leading to such a degree.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, orders, subpoenas, or other legal documents and correspondence.
- Prepare and organize evidence for production as discovery for use in trial.
- Conduct legal research by searching databases, reviewing case files and other sources for information.
- Enter data into a case management tracking system.
