The Office of Naval Research in Washington, DC seeks a Paralegal Specialist to perform high-level legal research, draft memoranda on technology transfer, procurement policies, and administrative law applications.
The role maintains specialized legal databases, negotiates complex non-FAR contracts, and resolves IP and indemnification issues. Requires at least one year of specialized experience at GS-5/NO-02 or equivalent, and education credentials.
