Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to be conveyed to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials, expected in late 2025 or early 2026.
As a Paralegal, S&D IP (Sales and Distribution, Intellectual Property), you will play a crucial role in assisting the Intellectual Property (IP) team within the Sales and Distribution business unit. You will provide legal assistance and administrative support to ensure the efficient management and protection of our intellectual property assets. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, assisting with patent and trademark filings, managing IP databases, and supporting the IP team in various legal and administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the protection and management of valuable intellectual property.
