Ballon Stoll P.C. is seeking a Russian-speaking Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys on employment-based matters in a full-time role in New York.

The position offers a 40-hour work week with compensation of $25 per hour. The role involves preparing and filing petitions (I-140, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-907, I-824), organizing case materials, communicating with clients, and tracking deadlines in the firm’s case management system.

Competenze

• Fluency in Russian and English required.
• Immigration experience preferred; employment-based experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
