Opusing LLC seeks a detail-oriented Paralegal for Goose Creek to support Probate, Estate Planning, and Litigation matters. You will draft documents, organize case files, and liaise with clients by phone and email to move matters from filing through resolution.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a paralegal in probate, estate planning, or litigation strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable and professional on client phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with probate filings, estate planning documents, and litigation support.
• Draft and organize legal documents, including wills, trusts, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and manage case files from initiation through resolution.
• Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and other parties via phone and email.
• Maintain deadlines and ensure accuracy in documentation and case management.
