Job summary

Rosenberg Law in Bala Cynwyd, PA seeks a Paralegal and/or Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced personal injury practice. The candidate should be organized, an excellent communicator, and experienced in the litigation process from filing through trial preparation.

The position is in-office, 40 hours per week, with benefits including 401K, dental, health/vision, PTO, and disability/Life Insurance. Prior experience e-filing in PA and NJ is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of litigation experience.
• Paralegal certificate or a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or another relevant degree preferred.
• Experience e-filing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Knowledge of Neos Case Management Software or other related case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• E-file legal documents in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Prepare complaints for motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases.
• Conduct legal research.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare discovery documents, including Interrogatories and responses.
• Coordinate scheduling of depositions.
• Assist paralegals with trial preparation.
• Maintain attorney's calendar.
• Prepare subpoenas, draft pleadings and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and other relevant documents.
