Qualifications

• 2+ years in legal/contracts/administrative/business operations
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with guidance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word (document formatting, tracked changes, comments, comparison)
• Attention to detail with complex documents
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit contract documents from templates for attorney review
• Process revisions from clients or consultants and incorporate comments
• Maintain intake, tracking and administration of open contract files
• Coordinate with internal partners to support contract workflows
• Assist on multiple contracts simultaneously with accuracy
