Job summary

Wycliffe USA seeks a Paralegal at our Orlando headquarters to support the Office of Legal Counsel. You will conduct legal research, draft contracts, NDAs, MOUs, review agreements, and manage filing and registration tasks while coordinating with outside counsel.

Ideal candidates will have a paralegal credential and 3–5 years of experience, preferably in-house and with nonprofit organizations. Strong organization and communication skills are essential to uphold confidentiality and assist

Qualifications

• Paralegal degree or certificate required; BA preferred.
• 3–5 years paralegal experience required.
• In‑house paralegal and nonprofit experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial drafts of contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and staff agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses.
• Oversee foreign and charitable registration processes and IP renewals.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal staff on matters.
• Support executive leaders on projects and initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold attorney‑client privilege.
