Qualifications

• Paralegal or law-related coursework and two years of general secretarial or clerical experience.
• Completion of 12th grade supplemented by paralegal coursework or equivalent.
• Certification as a paralegal or CA Bar rules may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare case materials.
• Draft briefs, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
