Position: Paralegal – Investor Relations Support (On-site, temp to hire)
We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in investor relations to support legal and investor-facing functions. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can handle sensitive information, work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and investor relations teams, and contribute to a high level of client service.
Responsibilities:
Review, organize, and maintain subscription agreements, investor forms, and related legal documentation
Manage CRM records for client onboarding, fundraising campaigns, and distribution of investor materials
Collaborate with accounting and investment teams to prepare and distribute legal and investor correspondence, including capital calls, distribution notices, tax documents, quarterly reports, and annual disclosures
Draft and review standard investor communications to ensure legal accuracy and compliance
Respond to and track investor, custodian, and wealth manager requests in coordination with legal and investor relations staff
Maintain up-to-date marketing and disclosure materials, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Oversee execution and secure electronic storage of legal agreements and corporate records
Work closely with internal and external compliance teams to ensure investor communications meet regulatory requirements
Assist in planning and coordinating investor events, including scheduling, invitations, materials, and follow-up correspondence
Maintain and troubleshoot the investor portal, ensuring accuracy and ease of use for clients

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
2–4 years of experience as a paralegal in an investment management, asset management, wealth management, or financial services environment
Familiarity with investor relations processes, legal documentation, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Flexible and committed to meeting business needs, including occasional extended hours
