Job description

Position: Paralegal – Investor Relations Support (On-site, temp to hire)

We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in investor relations to support legal and investor-facing functions. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can handle sensitive information, work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and investor relations teams, and contribute to a high level of client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, organize, and maintain subscription agreements, investor forms, and related legal documentation

  • Manage CRM records for client onboarding, fundraising campaigns, and distribution of investor materials

  • Collaborate with accounting and investment teams to prepare and distribute legal and investor correspondence, including capital calls, distribution notices, tax documents, quarterly reports, and annual disclosures

  • Draft and review standard investor communications to ensure legal accuracy and compliance

  • Respond to and track investor, custodian, and wealth manager requests in coordination with legal and investor relations staff

  • Maintain up-to-date marketing and disclosure materials, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Oversee execution and secure electronic storage of legal agreements and corporate records

  • Work closely with internal and external compliance teams to ensure investor communications meet regulatory requirements

  • Assist in planning and coordinating investor events, including scheduling, invitations, materials, and follow-up correspondence

  • Maintain and troubleshoot the investor portal, ensuring accuracy and ease of use for clients

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Flexible and committed to meeting business needs, including occasional extended hours
