The ideal candidate will excel in communication and organization, assist attorneys in civil cases, review records, and manage data. A Bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program are required. This is a full-time, in-office role with a range of benefits including medical coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Familiarity with web-based legal research services.
• Experience working with paperless files.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparation of civil cases and attend trials.
• Review and manage records and data related to tort cases.
• Draft motion writing such as opposition to motions.
