Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review discovery, deposition summaries, and legal filings
• Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and trial schedules
• Prepare medical chronologies, exhibits, and expert disclosures
• Coordinate directly with attorneys and clients from intake through trial
• Maintain case files using Clio or similar platforms
  
  

Must-Have And Preferred Qualifications

Must Have

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in insurance defense litigation
  
  

Nice to Have

• Background in transportation law, trucking, premises liability, or general liability
• Familiarity with Clio or similar legal case management software
• Experience organizing medical records, expert disclosures, and trial prep materials
• Strong drafting skills for discovery, deposition summaries, and filings
• Comfortable working independently in remote or hybrid environments
