The Internal Revenue Service is seeking a Paralegal III to provide support in contract management. As a Paralegal III, you will perform paralegal duties under the supervision of the Paralegal Manager and attorneys in specific practice areas. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, negotiating, and processing research contracts such as confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, data use agreements, collaboration agreements, supply chain and vendor agreements, purchase agreements, and service agreements. We are looking for someone with contract or intellectual property experience.
This position is remote in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, working from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Preferred qualifications include experience in contract review and negotiation, along with strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Physical requirements include the ability to work stationary for extended periods, travel within the hospital system, operate office equipment, and communicate effectively.
All caregivers must follow safety protocols, including standard precautions and personal protective equipment usage.
