Erickson Immigration Group is seeking a Paralegal I (IV) to support a high-volume immigration practice in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on preparing and filing petitions for employment-based immigrant visas, including PERM, I-140, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-90, N-400, and N-565, with attention to supporting documentation.

Responsibilities include drafting PERM audit responses, compiling client records, maintaining case files, and communicating with attorneys, foreign national clients,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of paralegal experience with employment-based visas.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file petitions for employment-based immigrant visas (IV) with supporting docs.
• Draft PERM Labor Certification audit responses and RFEs for filings with the USCIS.
• Compile, analyze, and organize client documentation; maintain case files.
• Coordinate with Attorneys, Foreign National clients, and Global Mobility Managers.

Paralegal I (IV)Erickson Immigration Group has a career opportunity for a Paralegal I (IV) to join our expanding team in a fully remote capacity.
