Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Services or similar field of study preferred.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with claims and litigation in federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
• Monitor claims and litigation matters and maintain status and tracking of same in various databases, including Serengeti, iManage, and PACER.
• Assist with subpoenas and information requests including review and timely production of documents.
• Assist with Legal Holds and related tracking of Hold status.
• Assist with bankruptcy related claims and litigation tasks.
