Job summary

The State of Wyoming is seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join the Office of the Attorney General. This role focuses on supporting legal efforts related to school funding litigation. The candidate will perform legal research, draft documents, and manage case files while working in a dynamic legal environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of progressive work experience in Paralegal/Legal Studies.
• 3-5 years of experience can substitute education requirement.
• National certification as CLA or CP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in school funding litigation.
• Legal research, drafting documents, maintaining case files.
• Support Tort Litigation Division with civil lawsuits.
