• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Previous paralegal, legal secretary, or law firm administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• File court documents and manage filing procedures.
• Conduct legal research and organize case files.
• Assist with trial and hearing preparation and coordination.
