Qualifications

• Prior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or legal secretary is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and manage visitor flow.
• Answer calls and relay messages; schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Prepare, draft, and proofread pleadings and other documents.
• Maintain organized client files and calendar hearings and deadlines.
• Perform electronic filing and manage administrative duties.
• Enter billable time and use firm software for timekeeping and document management.
