Job Summary

We are seeing an Estates & Trusts Paralegal to join our law firm. In this role, you will draft documents, and update and maintain files. You will communicate with clients to obtain required information and inform them regarding the status of their cases. Much of your time will be spent drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, in addition to probate documents. Attention to detail is critical, in addition to strong communication and writing skills.
