Qualifications

• Minimum two years of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience preferred.
• Sound knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal procedures, and research resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely paralegal support under minimal supervision.
• Research and locate responsive legal materials and relevant laws.
• Draft legal memos and assist attorneys with litigation phases.
