Qualifications
Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending ABA-accredited law school with at least one year completed.
Minimum two years of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience preferred.
Sound knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal procedures, and research resources.
Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely paralegal support under minimal supervision.
Research and locate responsive legal materials and relevant laws.
