Wealth Enhancement is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal| Employment Law to join our team. This role will support our in-house legal team with a focus on employment law and compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex legal matters, including employment agreements, litigation support, acquisition due diligence, and internal investigations. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational skills, legal research capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to help ensure our policies and practices align with evolving employment regulations and business needs. (This opportunity can be a remote opportunity)
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $110,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible for our corporate bonus.
We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified at this level is $81,100.00 to $125,300.00. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
