Department: Legal
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Houston/Corporate
Reporting To: Kimberly Washington
Compensation: $40,000 - $80,000 / year
About Us: The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is a firm that excels in family, estate planning & probate, and criminal law matters. We have (11) offices in Texas: (2) offices in Houston (Corporate and River Oaks,) and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Humble. Behind every criminal defense case, there's someone keeping it all together - the discovery, the deadlines, the client who's scared and needs a steady voice between hearings. That's this job.
We're looking for a Criminal Paralegal to support our Criminal Defense attorneys from intake through resolution. You'll own the moving parts of each case - files, discovery, court calendars, client communication - so our attorneys can stay focused on strategy and the courtroom. For many of our clients, you'll be the most familiar face at the firm between court dates, which means this role runs on judgment, discretion, and a calm, professional presence just as much as it runs on organization.
We value our paralegal team as the backbone of our firm and compensate accordingly. We offer a "Big Law" structure with a "Boutique" focus on people.
We've spent over a decade building a reputation for excellence in Texas. Here, your skills are respected, your support is guaranteed, and your mission is clear: providing elite legal representation without the burnout of business development.
Equal Opportunity Statement: We recognize that diverse experiences, perspectives and backgrounds enable us to be an even stronger company and workplace. Not only will you be welcome here, your unique thoughts and opinions will be encouraged, celebrated and deeply valued.
