Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal or legal experience
• Experience in business, corporate law
• Experience with Texas regulatory and compliance matters
• Experience with Texas real estate law and real estate transactions
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for corporate, regulatory, contractual, and real estate matters
• Assist with corporate governance, entity management, filings, licenses, and permits
• Research and monitor Texas laws, regulations, and regulatory developments
• Assist with regulatory compliance involving state and local agencies
• Prepare and organize corporate records, resolutions, and documents
• Support due diligence, corporate transactions, and integration-related matters
• Coordinate with outside counsel, agencies, and third parties
• Assist with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and related documents
• Draft, revise, and maintain contracts and other legal documents under supervision
• Maintain contract databases and tracking of renewal dates and deadlines
• Support claims, litigation, and discovery efforts
• Provide high-level administrative support and calendar management
