Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Paralegal for our Corporate Office in Arlington, Texas. This on-site, full-time role in the Legal Department handles contracts from drafting to signature and supports attorneys with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include contract preparation, management, and record-keeping, plus training and internal collaboration. The candidate should have 2–4 years of related experience and proficiency in Word, with strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and strong communication skills.
• Ability to draft contracts and manage them through the contract process.
• Must pass a background check; valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts and assist in drafting/reviewing as needed.
• Manage contracts through the process to signature.
• Maintain contract records (signatures, dates, amendments).
• Provide administrative support to attorneys in the Legal Department.
• Maintain relationships with internal customers to meet legal needs.
