Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on compliance, risk, and IP enforcement issues.
• Manage contract negotiation cycles, including NDAs and vendor/customer agreements.
• Support employment law compliance and internal policy development.
• Lead IP protection activities, including trademarks, copyrights, and patent support.
