The Development & Construction Paralegal supports the legal function for Welltower’s development and construction projects activity with a primary focus on US projects. This role works closely with the in-house legal team, the Development and Construction team, the Investments team, and outside counsel.

Salaries may vary by location. The range for this role in New York City is $101,000 - $145,000 plus bonus. Final compensation determinations are made based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual experience, education, and skill level; business strategic priorities; primary office location; scope and anticipated strategic impact of the role.
