Job summary

Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, Ltd. in Austin, TX, seeks an experienced paralegal to join our litigation team.

You will take ownership of files and work closely with attorneys through all phases of litigation from pleadings to trial preparation. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of civil defense experience in Texas state and federal courts, strong drafting and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, e-filing, and research tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in civil defense litigation.
• Experience handling Texas matters in state and federal courts.
• Proficiency with MS Office, e-filing systems, and online research tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong drafting, editing, and proofreading of legal documents.

Responsibilities
