Job summary

Voce is seeking LSI Paralegals in Pennsylvania to support the legal processes involved in child welfare. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, participating in court hearings, and collaborating with county caseworkers to ensure children's permanent homes.

Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate; however, relevant experience can substitute for academic requirements. Competitive benefits package offered, including health insurance and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related experience can be considered in lieu of degree/certificate.
• Experience with legal drafting and court hearings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with county caseworkers.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents for solicitor review.
• Participate in county court hearings and conferences.
• Conduct diligent searches for children's permanency resources.
