Four (4) years of progressively responsible paralegal work experience which demonstrates that the applicant possesses knowledge of legal terminology and forms; legal research methods and sources of legal information; types of court actions, court rules and procedures; legal writing; interviewing techniques; and that the applicant also has the ability to read and understand laws, statutes, rules and legal documents; understand legal processes and procedures; prepare, process and maintain legal records, forms, documents, reports and correspondence; perform legal research, compile, summarize and digest materials, draft documents, and prepare reports; and follow oral and written instructions.
