Job summary

Job description

O’Hagan Meyer is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join its office located in Wilmington, DE. The individual in this role must possess a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited and approved paralegal education program. The individual in this role supports attorneys who focus their practice on general litigation, including single and multi-plaintiff suits, Class/PAGA action suits, and complex litigation matters.

Ideal candidate should have a very strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures, excellent computer skills with knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, and MS Office, including Outlook, and excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and be able to work independently, as well as with the team, with a positive attitude.
