Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff Side) to support attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement or trial. This role requires effective communication with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal documents (complaints, discovery, subpoenas, motions, settlements).
• Manage case files and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Coordinate depositions, IMEs, and court appearances.
• Review and summarize medical records and bills.
• Communicate with clients for updates and information.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely filings.
• Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits.
• Assist with lien resolutions and settlements.

Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff Side)

The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement or trial. This role requires the ability to work with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal documents including complaints, discovery responses, subpoenas, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, independent medical examinations (IMEs), and court appearances.
• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills.
• Communicate with clients to provide case updates and gather necessary information.
• Track case deadlines and ensure timely filings.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and other materials for hearings and trials.
• Assist with negotiating and finalizing lien resolutions and settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• Must be able to work In office - Westbury, Long Island
