The role is well suited to an experienced paralegal who understands the complexities of government contracting and regulated industries.

You will join an innovative environment where legal operations directly support advanced aerospace, defense, and technology initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, and other materials for executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with executives, technical teams, government-facing personnel, and external advisors while maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion.
Requirements

  • Active paralegal certification or relevant degree, such as an ABA-approved paralegal certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting legal operations in a defense, aerospace, government, government-adjacent, or similarly regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of government contracting processes, procurement workflows, FAR/DFARS requirements, and related compliance obligations.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex matters and competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, and a high degree of accuracy when handling sensitive legal and business information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear legal and executive-facing materials.
  • Experience interacting effectively with senior executives, technical teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with aerospace or defense contractors, federal programs, or regulated technology companies is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CUI requirements, cybersecurity frameworks, and U.S. export control regulations is a plus.
  • Experience supporting financing transactions, intellectual property matters, litigation, or corporate transactions is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with document-management systems, contract lifecycle management tools, and modern collaboration platforms is preferred.
  • Must be able to satisfy applicable U.S. export-control and ITAR eligibility requirements for access to controlled technology.
