Job summary

Ascendion seeks a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established Seattle law firm supporting a busy litigation practice. You will manage discovery, assist with trial preparation, and prepare deposition summaries while coordinating witnesses and exhibits.

Required are a paralegal certificate and 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple matters simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, document management, and court filings.
• Experience with legal research, drafting, case management, and trial preparation.

The firm is a well-established, mid-sized Seattle law firm known for its collaborative culture and strong presence in the Pacific Northwest. Its key areas of focus include real estate and construction litigation, business disputes, complex contracts, and design professional liability claims. You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys, managing case files, coordinating discovery, and preparing cases for hearings and trials.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000-$130,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
