Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience supporting civil litigation attorneys.
• Experience with state and federal court filing, including e-filing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Paralegal certificate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, motions, subpoenas, and reports.
• Prepare and track subpoenas and other requests for information.
• Organize, maintain, and manage case files (physical and electronic).
• Monitor case progress and elevate issues requiring attorney involvement.
• Maintain and manage attorney calendars, including trial dates and discovery deadlines.
• Assist with trial preparation including exhibits and coordinating materials.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case development as needed.
• Review, organize, and summarize case-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and court personnel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The Paralegal in this role will support attorneys handling civil defense litigation matters . This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while working collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and staff in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
