• Assist attorneys with due diligence process associated with review of transactions and licensing applications.
• Work cross-functionally to manage transactions and licensing and compliance obligations.
• Provide lawyers with assistance in the preparation for and closing of various franchise-related transactions as well as with licenses, permits and regulatory compliance for corporate-owned restaurants and acquired restaurants.
• Assist with reporting, tracking and data management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with preparation and production of franchise-related legal documents, including agreements and correspondence.
• Partner with outside counsel and regulatory agencies to secure and maintain alcohol licenses, permits, and other operational approvals.
• Assist attorneys with due diligence process associated with review of transactions and licensing applications.
• Work cross-functionally to manage transactions and licensing and compliance obligations.
• Provide lawyers with assistance in the preparation for and closing of various franchise-related transactions as well as with licenses, permits and regulatory compliance for corporate-owned restaurants and acquired restaurants.
• Assist with reporting, tracking and data management.
• Target salary $70k-$85k depending on experience
