The successful candidate will manage case files, conduct legal research, summarize financial records, and coordinate with attorneys, clients, and witnesses while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, financial disclosures, and settlement agreements with exceptional accuracy.
• Manage all aspects of case organization, from client files to court deadlines and filings.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings related to family law statutes and financial documentation.
• Analyze and summarize complex financial records, including business valuations and tax returns.
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit lists.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and experts with professionalism and discretion.
• Support attorneys during mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Anticipate case needs and assist attorneys in moving matters forward efficiently.
• Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
